Schooner Stephen Taber            

             
Our Stephen Taber Pendant is slightly under 1 inch tall and is attractively boxed. Sailing out of Rockland Maine, launched in 1871, the Stephen Taber epitomizes the classic coasting schooner. Overall length is 115 feet. Length on deck is 68 feet, with a 22½-foot beam. Rebuilt and relaunched in the 1980's, the Taber won the 30th annual Great Schooner Race where over 20 traditional sailing vessels competed in a 26 mile race July 4, 2006.
