        A.   Customer faxes, e-mails or brings in person a sketch of something they'd like done.

        B.   We generate a somewhat more refined sketch and, using our scanner, fax or digital camera, get the image to them for approval.

        C.   Once customer approves sketch, we carve a model and cast it (in this case) in 14KY - all it needs now is the heart shaped mount and heart shaped ruby and VOILA !
